ALBANY, New York: New York’s highest court decided Thursday, December 20, a state law cannot help me -an American author to block a libel verdict brought against me in London by a Saudi billionaire over my book “Funding Evil: How Terrorism is Financed — and How to Stop It.”The unanimous decision interpreting a New York law now goes to a federal court. There, I sought to combat what my attorney argued was a chilling effect on free speech by the billionaire, Khalid Salim A. Bin Mahfouz. The Saudi businessman has sued or threatened more than three dozen times over writings on terrorism and those who fund it, including my 2003 book. The U.K. judge ordered me to pay the legal fees and damages, despite the fact that nothing in my book about Saudi funding of terrorism was ever disproved in an adversary process. I fought back, filing a First Amendment lawsuit she filed against Mahfouz in New York. The New York Court of Appeals decision in Ehrenfeld v. Falling to protect my rights for freedom of speech under the Constitution’s First Amendment laws, the New York Court of Appeals, opened the door to those wishing to curtail the U.S. press and media willingness and ability to freely investigate and report on matters important to our survival as a free nation. Solicitor Mark Stephens, a media law specialist partner with London law firm Finers Stephens Innocent , who also represents the WSJ is quoted by a British legal publication saying: “New York court’s decision was “obviously wrong” and not merits-based.” My lawyer, Daniel Kornstein of Manhattan, said: “The chill continues. That’s the danger and the risk and the problem that we tried to stress. It creates a sword of Damocles that inhibits authors and publishers, and readers can’t read about it.” The New York Sun newspaper ( http://www.nysun. com/article/ 68446) reported the decision by saying the State’s highest court had “turned down a chance to protect American authors from libel judgments awarded by foreign courts”. The newspaper quoted Boston lawyer Harvey Silvergate, who has written on the case, as saying that “The New York Court of Appeals could have done a better job of protecting our Constitutional rights than it did here with this rather technical opinion.” The courts failure to defend freedom of speech calls for action to change the NY state law as soon as possible. In addition, we must lobby Congress to add a statute, strengthening the First Amendment, so that foreign jurisdiction can not silence American reporters on matters of national security.

At least $1,000,000,000,000 (one trillion) dollars economical loss in one year. This includes the ripple effect. Osama’s ROI with respect to: life = 3,000/19 = 158 fold. Dollar = $1 tr./500K = 2,000,000 fold That is modern warfare. The West will loose. Allah-Hu-Akbar. Islam will rule the world. There is nothing you can do. Even if the per capita GDP of the world drops to half of its present level as a consequence of Islamic laws in place all over the world but still Islam will rule the word. Islam’s Real Academic History

    Americans who have invited Islamic Belief sysem practitioners to immigrate to the USA have no idea what they have invited to our shores.  Now thousands of these UN-civilized foreigners are amongst us, and in-between our social fabric.

Greetings Everyone:                              Although I am retired from the military, I consider it my Citizen’s duty to maintain a soldier’s view in defending the USA. It is the present Administration’s policy to say that Islam is a Religion of Peace…yet we all know this to be a flat lie…     Not only have ALL Religions Had Periods of Despotic expansion, Practice, horrible acts of Barbarism, but only in the 19th Century have Some become Pacified with a trace of Civilized Behavior. This pacification has come at the Insistance of Progressing Civilization and nothing else. Islam is the youngest of all religions, coming into existence in the 600th – 700th year of the AD Period.           Islam wasn’t even in existence when the problem began in the years Ishmael was denied the Chief’s title in the tribes of Abraham the Heberew. He was denied the title in order that the Character and Belief System of Hebrews not change to that of the Nubian pantheon and their chief god, (diety) Tar-ah thak ‘Hero of Darkness’ (circa 2800 BCE)        Centuries ago before AD 600-700 (Mohammed’s Time) those known as Desert Tribes,(Arabs) became unified through intermarriages so that they were hybrids of at least 8 different regions…and part of their genetic lines contained only Minute Elements of the Hebrew bloodline, through Ishmael Abraham’s older son, Lot, Abraham’s Nephew that fled to Canaan after the cataclysimic eruption that burned the mining towns of Sodom & Gomorrah, and Esau the brother of Jacob who was later called Israel and the father of all the 12 Tribes of Abraham.    Mohammed was an orphan with no future in sight, so he began to mull over the miserable condition of all Arabs, (Ishmaelites) Nomads, Caravan Operators and Townspeople that supported the Caravans by buying goods and Giving Services to the caravan traders. One of the Services given to Caravan People was the opportunity to Worship their pantheon of Gods, (Idols)     The Kabaa was then called ‘Hagar’s House’ in honor of Ishmael… The ancient times Patriarch of all those who were of the Desert Tribes..that worshipped the pantheon of Mesopotamia. i.e. The sect of Allah, the Moon God…and his daughters the stars.    Mohammed was an epileptic that had fits or ‘seizures’ that left him sure that the had been contacted by a god, and he noted that the Jews & Christians lived well in the desert and everywhere else…..so he postulated that if his people became Monotheists (worshipping one god) that they might live Better by Converting to Judaic or Christian ways.     This meant they had to give up all their Idols….soooo he smashed every Idol in the Kabaa… except one, ‘Allah’. This act by Mohammed infuriated the people of Mecca, because the Caravans would leave no more Tithes to the Gods in the Kabaa. (Which were collected by pagan clerics and the town council)    Both the Judaics & the Christians had rejected Mohammed’s entreaties for acceptance….so now he invented his own religion, claiming that He Mohammed, was the last Messenger of God….Allah, but he then falsly connected his new religion to Judaism…and claimed Abraham was their patriarch through Ishmael…who worshipped the Nubian pagan diety, ‘Tar-ah-thak!     Islam is indeed a pagan false religion…invented by a fanatic, foaming a the mouth epileptic, who Postulated his new Belief System through Conquest and the edge of his sword. Mohammed claimed to the sucessor to all the prophets of Judaism & Christianity. (As the Last Messenger of God, he could incorporate the Culture & Religion of the Hebrews without having to invent his own Creation story)       He simply Moved his newly Invented Religion to Cover the Creation Story of Adam & Eve…and he accepted the Laws of Moses as his own.    In the 7th century the Islamics Invaded North Africa and Southern Europe, converting everyone who would submit, by the Edge of his Sword. Greetings everyone:                              Dr. Benjamin Franklin advised the woman who asked him what kind of nation had been wrought, “A Republic Madam, if you can hang onto it”. Well frineds we haven’t hung onto it; our nation has gone through a cstharsis ranging from the descriptive title Constitutional Republic, to a Meddling, over Regulated Democracy on the twin constructive road to Communism or Totalitarian Despotism.    We the People have missplaced the real intents of our Continental Congress and allowd our government to grow “Out of Control”, meddling daily in the affairs of other nations despotic as they all are and looking for someone to Rob or Invade by uncontrolled Immigration.     US Politicians at every level, Local, State and Federal have overwhelmed the American Public with controlling tid bits of “Gimmies” to outright Bribery in an ever-growing. ever fattening more powerful Autocracy, masqueraded as “Law and Order” which has abandoned the freedom of the People to even defend themselves personally, to an “Over Respect” for an ever-tightening Noose around the necks of US Citizens, whom they now seek to “Disarm” in the name of Public Order.     Unhappily, there is just One Cure to this situation and that is, “A Voter Rebellion’, UN-ELECT everry sitting Politician, at every level of government Local, State and Federal; abolish their personal perks which they have voted themselves at the Public Trough and Re- Institute the Principles our nation began with.      Public Prosecutors at every level have given us a nightmare of “over Protective, over populated Prisons” loaded with people who now seek vengeance for “Unjust Convictions” and Over Regulated Lives to the point of Despotism.     Recently the FBI has been fined over a million and a half dollars for “Framing Four Men into Prison” and they continue along that road with impunity, while the US Public Taxpayer coffers pay their Bill for Corrupt Practices.     The 2008 General Election will send one of two messages to US Civil Government: 1. Keep it up or 2. Halt and Return to the intents of the Founding Fathers that Government will be For the People, By the People and Of the People. Its your hard choice, make it or live under a tyranny of autocratic despotism, accented by an over-aggrandized Supreme Court that is itself knee deep in this almighty mess of “self -interested politicians”, nationwide!
